Warren V. Musser Fellowship is a unique scholarship for those pursuing Entrepreneurial studies. It was established to encourage and cultivate future entrepreneurs and those who aspire to have a career in entrepreneurship. The scholarship is granted by the Penn State Great Valley School of Graduate Professional Studies.

The student is required to pursue the following master’s disciplines:

- Master of Software Engineering
The applicant must be enrolled in the Penn State Great Valley master’s program. The student should demonstrate an aspiration to start their own business or aim for a leadership role in a rapidly growing new or developing company.

Bachelor’s degree of 4–6 years: official diploma stating the degree and date of conferral with an accompanying supplement — in both Russian and English. The university must issue the documents with official seals and signature.
Minimum IELTS score: 6.5, minimum TOEFL iBT score: 80, minimum TOEFL PBT score: 60
